Futsal Indy Men's and Women's Teams
Futsal Indy's Men's team played in the inaugural season for the National Futsal Premier League. This will be Futsal Indy's fifth year in the NFPL - minus one shortened season and a tournament replacement season. The men and women will play in the summer Open Cup in Ann Arbor, Michigan, July 23rd and 24th. The 2022-2023 season kicks off in December. The 2022-2023 season will be the inagural season for the women.
Men's TeamThe men's team plays in the
National Futsal Premier League. The men had their inaugural season in 2018-2019. They earned a 1st place finish in the league, and a 2nd place finish in the championship game. In 2019-2020 The season was cut short due to Covid-19. At the time the men were placed in the middle of the table, with half of the season left. In 2020-2021 A spring tournament in April 2021 replaced the season. Our men made it to the semi-final game. In 2021-2022 the men won the inaugural season of the Futsal Champions Series and made it to the semi-finals of the NFPL. The men look forward to starting the 2022-2023 season strong. |
Women's TeamThe women took first place in the Mayors International Cup tournament in 2016, and first place in the USFF Midwest Regional tournament in 2017. The women tied their exhibition match against Joy of the People in the 2021-2022 seaon of the NFPL and will play a full schedule for the 2022-2023 season.
