This parent/player agreement is between Futsal Indy (Futsal) and the player and parent(s) submitting the online Player Registration and hereafter referred to as the parent/player.
Futsal is vested in the long-term development of players, including improvement of technical skills and tactical decisions.
By registering with Futsal Indy all players and parents agree to the rules set below.

Player Expectations:
Players will respect their fellow teammates, coaches, referees, opposing players, opposing coaches, and opposing fans.
Players will not use profanity.
Players will not engage in any commentary with the official. Players will accept their decision and move on with it.
Players will not talk back to opposing players, coaches, or fans.
Players will not use any alcohol, tobacco or any illegal substances.
Players understand that fighting will not be tolerated and will result in suspension from the league.
Players understand that lashing out at or complaining to a referee is not acceptable.
Players will not use profanity.
Players will not engage in any commentary with the official. Players will accept their decision and move on with it.

Any parent/player who fails to adhere to the above agreement will be met with the following disciplinary actions:
1st offense: Verbal warning.
2nd offense: Banned for one game.
3rd offense: Banned for entire season

I have read the following agreements and understand what is expected of a Futsal parent/player. I will abide by all above rules and expectations. I fully understand what the expectations are of a parent/player at Futsal. I voluntarily agree to abide by the above rules and I understand what the disciplinary actions are if I am in violation.

Parents will promote good sportsmanship by showing appreciation of good play by both teams.

Parents (and guests) will not engage in any kind of unsportsmanlike conduct with any official, coach, player, or parent such as booing and taunting; refusing to shake hands; or using profane language or gestures.
